Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these terms. The articles and repair information here are general guidance, not a diagnosis of your vehicle. Every car is different, and only an inspection can confirm what's wrong.

Estimates and authorization

California law requires auto repair businesses to give you a written estimate and get your approval before doing work. We do that on every job. Prices, fees, and descriptions on this website can change, and the written estimate for your vehicle is what counts.

Scheduling and availability

We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arrival times depend on location, traffic, and other calls, and we'll give you a real time when you call. We may decline or reschedule work in a location that isn't safe to work in, such as a busy roadside.

Payment

Payment is due when the approved work is finished and tested with you. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit), Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. We don't accept checks.
