Your information, your call.
Effective October 4, 2026. We give every customer these rights, whether or not the law requires it of a business our size.
We don't sell or share your information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising. We don't use ad trackers on this website. Because of that, there's nothing you need to opt out of, but you're welcome to tell us not to contact you for anything other than your repair.
What you can ask us to do
- Know. Ask what personal information we have about you, where it came from, and how we've used it
- Correct. Ask us to fix information that's wrong
- Delete. Ask us to delete your information, except repair records the law requires us to keep
- Limit. Ask us to use your information only to complete your repair and nothing else
We won't charge you more or treat you differently for using any of these rights.
How to make a request
Call 951-647-4192 any time, or email service@rapidmechanicriverside.com. Tell us your name and the phone number you used with us so we can find your records and confirm the request is really from you. We'll reply within 45 days, and usually much sooner.
Browser privacy signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information. We already don't, so nothing changes, but we want you to know it's respected.
California "Shine the Light"
California residents can ask whether a business shared their personal information with third parties for those parties' own marketing. We don't do this.
